Evans Silhouette™ Personalized Body Contouring
Keep the curves. Sculpt the rest.™
Your goals may include a more defined waist, less abdominal fullness, or restoring fullness to the outer labia. At Texas Cosmetic Gynecology in Sugar Land, Dr. Kimberly L. Evans offers personalized body contouring with Body-Jet water-assisted liposuction.
Through Evans Silhouette™, your treatment plan considers your proportions, skin quality, medical history, and the changes that matter to you. When appropriate, options may include liposuction, fat transfer to the labia majora, or complementary Emsculpt Neo treatments.
Dr. Evans is a board-certified OB-GYN providing cosmetic gynecology and individualized care for women from Sugar Land, Houston, and surrounding communities.
What Is Water-Assisted Liposuction?
Body-Jet water-assisted liposuction uses a controlled stream of fluid to help separate fat while it is removed through a small cannula. This surgical technique can address selected areas of localized fat and collect fat for potential transfer when appropriate.
Sometimes called water lipo or water-jet liposuction, the procedure differs from laser-assisted liposuction and nonsurgical fat-reduction treatments.
Water-assisted liposuction still requires medical evaluation, anesthesia planning, recovery, and a discussion of surgical risks. The technology alone does not determine your outcome or recovery time.
Liposuction Treatment Areas
Dr. Evans evaluates each treatment area in relation to your overall shape. Your consultation may include:
-
Abdominal Liposuction
Upper and lower abdominal liposuction addresses localized fat beneath the skin. It may help refine abdominal contours, but it does not repair separated abdominal muscles or remove substantial excess skin.
-
Flank and Waist Liposuction
Flank liposuction targets localized fullness along the sides of the waist, often called love handles. Treating the abdomen and flanks together may be considered when appropriate for your anatomy and surgical plan.
-
Back and Bra-Line Liposuction
Selected back and bra-line areas may be evaluated for localized fat removal. Skin elasticity and existing folds influence what liposuction can realistically achieve.
-
Upper-Arm Liposuction
Arm liposuction reduces localized upper-arm fat. Patients with significant hanging skin may need a different approach because fat removal alone may not address skin laxity.
-
Inner and Outer Thigh Liposuction
Thigh liposuction addresses selected fat deposits along the inner or outer thighs. Treatment planning considers symmetry, skin quality, and the relationship between the thighs and surrounding contours.
-
Mons Pubis Liposuction
Mons pubis liposuction addresses localized fat over the pubic mound. Dr. Evans evaluates whether fullness is primarily related to fat, loose skin, or a combination of concerns.
A surgical mons lift and mons liposuction are different procedures. Your consultation helps identify the appropriate option.
Evans Silhouette™ An Individual Approach to Feminine Contours
Evans Silhouette™ brings your body-contouring goals into one coordinated discussion.
Your plan may involve reducing localized fat, addressing outer labial volume loss, or considering nonsurgical treatments for separate muscle-conditioning goals. Every element is selected individually; not every patient needs every treatment.
Dr. Evans will explain what each option can accomplish, its limitations, and whether treatments should be performed separately or in stages.
Fat Transfer to the Labia Majora
Changes in outer labial fullness can occur with aging, weight changes, and individual anatomy. Fat transfer to the labia majora uses your own harvested fat to add volume to the outer vaginal lips.
For suitable patients, Dr. Evans may discuss collecting fat during Body-Jet liposuction and preparing it for labial augmentation. A limited donor-site harvest may also be considered without extensive body contouring.
Your consultation includes:
• Assessment of outer labial volume and symmetry
• Evaluation of an appropriate donor area
• Discussion of expected changes and limitations
• Recipient-site care and recovery precautions
• The possibility of fat absorption or additional treatment
Labia majora fat transfer treats external volume and contour. It does not tighten the vaginal canal and is not a proven treatment for low desire, orgasm difficulties, or painful intercourse.
If you have sexual-wellness symptoms, Dr. Evans can evaluate those concerns separately and discuss appropriate options.
Liposuction and Emsculpt Neo
Fat distribution and muscle goals are different parts of body contouring.
Liposuction surgically removes localized fat. Emsculpt Neo is a nonsurgical treatment that may be considered for muscle-conditioning and body-contouring goals in appropriate patients.
Your Evans Silhouette™ consultation may include a discussion of both options. Emsculpt Neo is not required after liposuction, and treatment over recently operated areas must wait until Dr. Evans provides clearance.
The appropriate sequence depends on your health, treatment areas, healing, and any additional procedures.
Weight Management and Surgical Body Contouring
Liposuction is intended to reshape selected areas rather than provide significant weight loss.
If weight management is part of your goals, medically guided care through Sugar Land Medical Spa may be discussed separately. Some patients benefit from establishing a more stable weight before making surgical decisions.
Your treatment plan should distinguish between reducing overall body weight, removing localized fat, addressing loose skin, and improving muscle conditioning.

FAQ’s
-
No. It is a surgical body-contouring procedure for localized fat. Medical weight management addresses a different goal.
-
Possibly. Combining procedures requires evaluation of your health, donor fat, recipient anatomy, surgical extent, and recovery needs.
-
No. Fat transfer adds fullness to the outer labia. Labiaplasty changes the size or shape of labial tissue, commonly the inner labia. Some patients may discuss both during consultation.
-
Skin may contract after fat removal, but the response varies. Liposuction does not reliably correct substantial excess skin.
-
Some patients may be treated using local anesthesia with additional comfort measures. Your anesthesia plan depends on your medical evaluation and planned procedure.
-
There is no single recovery period for every patient. Treatment extent, healing, medication use, and physical job demands affect your return-to-work plan.
-
Only after Dr. Evans clears the relevant treatment areas. A specific postoperative date cannot be promised before your recovery is assessed.
-
Removed fat cells do not return, but remaining fat cells can enlarge with weight gain. Aging and changes in weight can alter your contours.
-
Fat retention varies. Some fat is absorbed, and additional treatment may be necessary. A specific retained volume cannot be guaranteed.
Am I a Candidate for Liposuction
You may wish to discuss liposuction if you have localized fat deposits, reasonably stable weight, and realistic expectations about surgical contouring.
Dr. Evans reviews your medical history, medications, prior procedures, skin quality, and relevant risk factors before recommending treatment.
Liposuction may not be the best option when your primary concern is significant loose skin, muscle separation, or fat located inside the abdominal cavity. A different procedure, medical treatment, or referral may be recommended.
Your Liposuction Consultation
Your private consultation is an opportunity to explain what you would like to change and ask questions without pressure.

• Expected recovery and activity restrictions
• Potential complications and alternatives
• A personalized written price estimate
Bring a complete medication and supplement list, relevant medical history, and any questions about your goals.
Liposuction Recovery
Recovery depends on the size and number of areas treated, anesthesia, additional procedures, and your individual healing.
Swelling, bruising, soreness, temporary numbness, and early contour unevenness can occur. You will receive instructions for dressings, compression, medicines, gentle walking, activity restrictions, and follow-up.
Return to work depends on your recovery and job demands. Exercise, travel, driving, and intimate activity require individualized guidance.
Early swelling can obscure the result. Contours continue to develop over the following weeks and months.
Liposuction Risks and Limitations
Potential risks include bleeding, infection, fluid collections, contour irregularities, asymmetry, skin injury, sensory changes, fluid imbalance, local anesthetic toxicity, blood clots, fat embolism, anesthesia complications, and injury to deeper structures.
Fat transfer adds risks such as variable absorption, lumps, fat necrosis, vascular injury, and rare serious embolic complications.
Dr. Evans will discuss risks relevant to your procedure. Results vary, and additional treatment may be needed.
Liposuction Cost in Sugar Land
Liposuction pricing depends on the treatment areas, procedural complexity, anesthesia needs, and additional procedures such as fat transfer.
Following your consultation, you will receive a written estimate identifying the planned treatment and included services. Ask about laboratory testing, garments, prescriptions, anesthesia, and follow-up so you understand your total anticipated cost.
Financing options may be available, subject to approval and provider terms.
